*All pricing is based on events within 30 miles of Eugene. Additional travel fees apply for Portland, Salem and Bend. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. Final pricing may also depend on the date, duration, location, guest count, venue access, power, Sound coverage, lighting, MC needs, travel and special requirements. Weddings and wedding receptions are priced separately. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date.

Is the $500 starting price available for every event?
No. It is intended for select small, local and technically simple events. Duration, guest count, location, venue access, Sound coverage, lighting and special requirements determine the final quote.
Do you DJ weddings on this package?
Wedding ceremonies and receptions use separate wedding packages because they require different planning, coverage and coordination. Please visit the Wedding DJ page for those services.
Can we choose the music and submit requests?
Yes. Your preferences set the direction. We can discuss must-plays, do-not-plays, guest requests and the overall atmosphere during planning.
Can the DJ make announcements or serve as MC?
Basic announcements are available with the Small Celebration package. More structured MC and event-flow support are included or quoted for larger packages, depending on the event.
Can you provide Sound for an outdoor event?
Often, yes. Outdoor service depends on weather protection, safe power, venue access, guest count and the area that needs coverage. Those details must be confirmed before booking.
Do you travel outside Eugene?
Yes. Book Afterglow serves Eugene, Salem, Portland, Bend and locations throughout the Pacific Northwest. Travel and lodging charges may apply.
How far ahead should we inquire?
Earlier is better for weekends and popular dates, but short-notice availability may sometimes be possible.
Does submitting the form reserve our date?
No. The form starts the consultation process. Your date is not reserved until availability is confirmed and the booking requirements are completed.
