Introductory rates include travel to Eugene, Springfield, Salem and Portland. For other locations, request a personalized quote. A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

Our introductory 2026–2027 rates are $895 for the Reception Celebration and $1,195 for the Complete Wedding Experience, which includes ceremony + reception + MC. Introductory pricing is limited to the first 10 wedding bookings.
Why are you offering introductory wedding rates?
We are opening a limited number of 2026 and 2027 wedding dates at introductory pricing as we expand our wedding calendar. Couples receive the full professional service described in the selected package.
Do you offer short-notice or open-date pricing?
Sometimes. Select remaining 2026 reception dates may qualify for special open-date pricing depending on date, location, coverage and event needs. Ask when you check your date.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
Start by checking your date and requesting a free consultation. After the consultation, the date is reserved once the required booking agreement and retainer are completed.
